Leading Dry Vacuum Technology
Annihilator
Glass Pro Systems is proud to announce the Annihilator windshield repair tool.  This tool is the final evolution of our series of tools for glass repair.  We originally started with the stainless steel tool called "The Cinch", then changed our tool to "Super Cinch" and now to the Annihilator.  The Annihilator will be the premier tool of Glass Pro Systems.  We are manufacturing our Annihilator from Delrin(tm) because the material is extremly tough, chemical resistant and costs far less to produce this high quality and professional windshield repair tool.  Notice the position of annihilator on end of bridge which articulates downward to match any curvature of glass.
Or to position tool for a near molding repair.  Annihilator works at any angle, even works upside down!

The anodizing protects the aluminum injector from the effects of the repair resin and has enough surface resistance to allow resin to stay in place during the initial vacuum cycle.

We produced this tool for two different reasons.  First reason is the material cost a lot less to machine, is strong and looks very nice.  The material also allowed us to reduce the price of our kits substaintially.  We did this to help people struggling with today's economy to get into windshield repair for a lot less money yet allow the highest quality repairs in the least amount of time.  Second reason is we were in contract with a company who went around our patent while they were in a contract with us to produce our super cinch for a franchiser.  We made the Annihilator several hundred dollars less to buy so people who wanted to up grade their equipment or get into windshield repair could do so at a greatly reduced cost.  We absolutely guarantee our tool will easily out perform G-3(tm).

The Annihilator only weighs 9.3 ounces without the modified wood's pump and 10.3 ounces with.  The modified wood's pump is specially made for Glass Pro Systems and is specailly designed to produce far more vacuum than a standard wood's pump.  The wood's pump is connected to a slip luer which connects to the female slip luer on the vacuum chamber.  The vacuum pump or modified wood's pump is removed from the vacuum chamber after the initial vacuum cycle and when the injector has been lowered to the glass.  The modified wood's pump serves two functions. It produces very high vacuum and indicates that a positive vacuum is in place before injector is lowered.  This Annihilator is the only injector that can verify a vacuum is in place before injection.  This allows the tool to be far more reliable for glass repair.  The contact seal if damaged or not placed against the glass tight enough will allow vacuum loss which would result in much longer repair times and less quality.  With the indicator line on the thumb depressor staying stationary after being depressed ten times shows a vacuum is being maintained.

The wood's pump is also movable while on vacuum chanmber.  It can be positioned so it is out of the way for doing repairs outdoors when a u.v. shade is used for example or getting under a visor on a truck.  Don't let this modified woods pump fool you, it produces extremely high vacuum levels!

Picture one has Annihilator Tool as used 98% of the time.  Note the slip Luer connection on the vacuum chamber.  This connects by simply pushing it into place.  When positioned the pump can swing down when using outdoors under a Ultra-Violet Shield.  Note the Modified wood's pump.  It is colored black.  This is a specially modified wood's pump made just for Glass Pro Systems.  This pump modifications allow high vacuum levels of up to 28 inches!  Once the injector is lowered into place after initial vacuum the wood's pump is pulled off and placed in repair box.

Picture two:  This is Annihilator in exploded view.  Top left, Modified wood's pump.  Top right, injector with piston.  Note the shape at end of injector.  This couples up to the inside of the insert seal after the initial vacuum.  This blocks off primary vacuum and enables injector to be lowered into place in the inside of the seal so you may inject directly into a vacuum in the breakThis is what makes Annihilator so fast!  Also when the secondary vacuum or suction is applied by reversing the piston knob a strong suction within the resin pool is initiated which facilitates rapid air removal of air released from the pinched areas of the break.  That pinched air is released during initial injection of resin.  Hydraulic action forces break to expand slightly releasing trapped air from star legs and stubborn bulls-eyes.  Quickly retracting piston draws off remaining air.  Final pressure cycle and your done!  Average repair time for most breaks is only five minutes including curing!  This makes the Annihilator one of the most profitable glass repair tools in existence.  low price, high performance,  the best of both worlds.  Makes repair quality the envy of the windshield repair industry.

The vacuum chamber is positioned in the picture just below the injector and piston.

Note the special articulating bridge.  Annihilator can be used in center of bridge or on the end of the bridge to adapt to any repair situation and end of bridge moves downward to allow good seal even on sharply curved glass.
